"Stayed here for 1 night for Beach Blast. Reasonably priced. Great location 2 blocks from mid boards. Rooms are basic, but redone and clean! What more do you really need? The couple that own the property are super sweet and willing to help with anything. Parking available for a fee. We will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"We were there during the heat wave and our cabin was in the shade. It had working AC and was our haven during the 102 degree temperatures. Our dog was able to be with us and he enjoyed his walks on the cooler temperatures. I would book at Pine Haven again. Everyone was so helpful."

"I had a pool view I had amazing stay experience. room was huge they had a small fridge and microwave I like that . The room was clean and the sheets were very clean. The room smelled good. Also the staff was so friendly. The location. Was parent near Lido beach and Siesta keys beach near the Sarasota Jungle where you can feed the flamingos with your hand it’s also bear Myyakka park beautiful largest park where you can rent bikes for $15. Oh parking was plenty and it’s free."

"Great location right off the boardwalk by one of the piers, and is pet friendly. Decided to stay here for the price and we could bring our dog for a flat rate of $25 for the stay. Room was clean and the AC was great during the heat wave, although the walls were thin and you could hear people leaving the boardwalk in the middle of the night. Free parking was also great although the lot was tight at night when everyone was at the hotel. Would recommend!"

"Our short stay at the Paradise Inn was the worst in my traveling history. As of this date I have received no response to the letter, information and request for refund that was forwarded to you. I have never been provided with such unkempt accommodations. The beds had to be stripped due to immense soiling and the replacement bedding (which we had to make up) was not acceptable either, generally the fixtures were worn, the bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator was dirty and rusty, the ice...

"This hotel is not great, no matter the deal. We had numerous problems from broken lamps, a shower that didn’t drain, a stolen phone cord huge crack in bathroom sink… Dust literally on walls, damaged curtains that wouldn’t close…horrible. We will NEVER return!"

"Big refrigerator which was nice, no hairdryer, no shampoo just a tiny bar of cheap soap, threadbare blanket and very noisy air conditioner plus thin curtains so a lot of light leaked into the room at night; but on premises parking space which was nice. And, the roof top pool was nice. "
