"Location perfect. Great sunsets. Cottage is very nice, just needs to be tightened up a bit( back door ), as lots of bugs get in house. Back door doesn't lick. But overall, very goodas lots of spiders & other bugs "

The only drawback was the bugs and mosquitoesThe walks on the red sandy beaches at the doorstep were incredible and watching the spectacular sunsets were memorable. "We really enjoyed our time in Pictou and Tabitha the VRBO owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We arrived late after most of the restaurants were closed and our host called one of the local restaurants to see if they were still open and to let them know we were on our way to order some food. The location was within walking distance to all the local attractions. The Stonehouse was quaint, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in."

"Basic and clean. Needs some outside maintenance like weeding. It’s a few garbage cans for the washrooms but overall it served the purpose. A hot tub would make it a completely different property."

The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a longer stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics.
