Waterfront home with oversized heated pool & spa, bikes, beach gear!

The house has a beautiful pool area with oversized pool that works on an ozone basis which is healthier and cleaner than chlorine powered pool systems. No red eyes and swimsuits that lose color after a while.
There is plenty of space on the pool deck to enjoy the sun.
The spa can be heated up to desired temperatures and programmed with different colors. The house has an open floor plan with a dining room
and open kitchen. It is completely tiled which makes it low in allergies.
There is wifi in the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, beach equipment is also in the house.
As well as a washer & dryer and a BBQ grill.

NICE CLEAN PLACE

THE PLACE WAY CLEAN AND NICE...WE ONLY HAD A 1/2 OF A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER PER ROOM..PICKED MORE UP AT STORE ALONG WITH PAPER TOWEL. POOL NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, ONCE IT WAS 2 DAYS INTO THE STAY NEEDED TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY DUE TO THE CHEMICALS.

Great two weeks!

The house was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Also well supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, and toys for the pool. My 3 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool as did us adults. Management was easy to contact and very helpful with anything we needed. No complaints here, I look forward to renting it again!

We had a fun trip but there are still some issues to talk about. First we couldn't use the hot tub at all because it wouldn't heat. Second there were some cleaning issues for example the pool, beds and stuff but we still loved it and left your house happy!

Exactly what was described!

Really enjoyed the home. We had 4 children with us who loved waking up and going in the pool. I would suggest double beds in each of the other rooms. The lights in the pool at night made for such an enjoyable relaxing staycation. A bay would have been nice but the privacy made up for that. Beaches were about an hour away. If you don’t mind a little drive this is the place for you. Very accessible shops and markets.

Fantastic Heavenly Retreat

I don't even have enough words to tell you what a wonderful place this is. We stayed for 10 days and are anxious to rebook and come back! Inside of the house is just as beautiful as pictured. The kitchen has everything you could imagine for cooking. There wasn't one thing lacking for pots, pans, gadgets, dishes, drink wear etc. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and the comforter on top was was like a fluffy cloud. We both slept better there than we do at home! Very comfortable leather couches and huge TV in the living room. The TV console even had tons of games like dominoes, checkers, monopoly and more. And then there's the pool and hot tub! We practically lived in there! All kinds of water toys and floaties to use. At night it was fun to turn on the multi colored pool and hot tub lights. During the day they're was sun all day at the pool due to the south west exposure. We found dozens of all different kinds of shells at Blind Pass, Turner's Beach and Lighthouse Beach. We especially liked Lighthouse Beach. Soft white sugar sand, tons of parking and lots of shells too! Lastly it was very easy to communicate with Kati when needed. I would highly recommend you stay at this beautiful property.

Heerlijk huis! Van alle luxe gemakken voorzien!

Dit huis heeft alle luxe die je in een vakantie kan wensen! Aan alles is gedacht tor in de kleinste details. Ook de ligging van t huis is heerlijk rustig en met vrij uitzicht. Drukte en vertier kun je opzoeken dus een auto is vereist. De incheck is vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Lovely Home

The home was beautiful the pool was awesome. The tv selection needs to be improved bring ur firestick. The home is a bit further from the beach than expected. The expense of the electric bill at the end of our stay was a little strange. Overall it was a great house and we had a wonderful week at the villa!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben im Mai 2019 3 Wochen in der Villa Blue Diamond verbracht. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Bis zu den nächstgelegenen Supermärkten bzw. Restaurants sind es nur ein, zwei Blocks. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, insbesondere die Strandutensilien haben wir gerne genutzt. Grill und Pool waren in tadellosem Zustand und haben für einige gemütliche Tage/Abende auf der Terrasse gesorgt. Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort war sehr angenehm, zwei kleinere Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Wir haben schon mehrfach Häuser in der Gegend gemietet, die Villa Blue Diamond ist aufgrund ihrer Lage und Ausstattung aus unserer Sicht besonders empfehlenswert.

Great stay at Blue Diamond

My husband and I had a great stay at the villa. Quiet neighborhood and private right on the canal. The house is clean and is stocked with everything you need including lots of towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Target and Publix are super close as was our favorite restaurant, 10 Twenty five. Management was friendly and responsive. If you like TV and need more than local channels you may want to bring a fire stick for the TV since there are not many channels but this doesn’t change my rating on this awesome house. We hope to return with our kids in the future.

Very nice.

Very nice home. The pool and hot tub are lovely. Nice patio furniture in a large covered area providing shade. Very private with no neighbours behind and only one beside. The interior furniture is good quality. Very comfortable king bed in the master. The beds in the other bedrooms were good. Most of the kitchen appliances and cookware were fine. The beach umbrellas and chairs definitely need replacing. There were lots of good restaurants and grocery stores near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained.

Our Family enjoyed our visit to this beautiful home in Cape Coral. The house only has neighbors on one side and the neighborhood was quiet. We saw turtles daily behind the house in the canal. The house had a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. It had pool towels, some pool toys, a small cooler in the garage for day trips and much more. The only thing lacking was one bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan. The kids spent endless hours in the pool and hot tub. We took a day trip to Sanibel Island (small toll to get there) and visited Bowman Beach($4/hr to park but well worth it). It's about an hour drive but the views are awesome. I also suggest visiting Matlacha, a small town on the way to Pine Island. Lots of small shops. Try Barnhill's for fresh fish daily to bring home and cook. Also waking across the draw bridge there is fun too. There is always a chance of seeing a dolphin. Also, if you like boating and are comfortable running a boat, then stop into Monroe Canal Marina on the south side of Pine Island in St James city. Call ahead and rent a boat. (Tons of fun). They also have multiple captains that can take you out fishing for a half or whole day. The house also had several brochures and information on other fun things to do in the area.
