  • ¡Vive el sueño de esta casa de vacaciones costera con una vista inmejorable desde cada habitación!

    Pase sus días relajándose en el lanai, nadando en la piscina climatizada, paseando en bicicleta o caminando en un hermoso barrio o pescando y paseando en bote desde su propio muelle privado. Ver los delfines, rayas, peces y el juego manatí residente en el gran canal de 250 pies desde la comodidad de su silla de jardín.

    El día perfecto no termina allí: disfrute de la puesta del sol de la noche mientras cocina un bistec en la parrilla a gas y toma su bebida favorita. Luego, tome un baño después de la cena bajo la luz de la luna en nuestra piscina climatizada.

    Una vez dentro, encontrará habitaciones muy amplias y luminosas con vistas panorámicas del agua desde casi todas las habitaciones. Te encantará toda la pared de puertas corredizas que conducen al lanai con mosquitero y los deslizadores desde el dormitorio principal hasta la piscina.

    El diseño es perfecto para una pareja, familias o amigos que viajan juntos. La suite principal está en un lado de la casa, una habitación de invitados está en el lado opuesto de la casa y el tercer dormitorio está en el otro lado de la casa con la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina en el medio. Privacidad para todos!El dormitorio principal es, casi 300 pies cuadrados enormes y cuenta con una cama king size, baño, 2 armarios, (uno de un paseo en) y una de 110 pies cuadrados de área de estar privada. Hay 2 habitaciones, una de las cuales se puede configurar con una cama king o 2 gemelas en cada habitación. Usa los 2 sofás cama extraíbles y podrás dormir cómodamente 10.

    La casa está completamente amueblada con todas las comodidades que necesita para unas vacaciones relajantes. Our vacation was perfect because of the house! The pool was wonderful. The canal was so nice and the beds were very comfortable! Very clean and well kept house! Perfect location for getting to different beaches and sites!

Exactly what we needed! House checked all of our boxes. Pool with a lanai, on a canal, great views, good location. We rented a boat for the week and were able to leave our boat rental at the dock. Saw dolphins, even a baby dolphin, in the canal feeding twice every day. House was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Towels, beach stuff, kayaks, fishing gear. Made for a really great week! We would recommend this house!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—very responsive, welcoming, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We absolutely loved spending time in the pool, and the dock with the canal view was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was such a relaxing place to sit, unwind, and enjoy the scenery. The entire property had a peaceful, vacation feel that made it hard to leave. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great getaway. Would definitely stay again!

This property was amazing. We came here with our four teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone! The view is beautiful, and we loved watching the dolphins play in the water in front of us throughout the day. The house lacked nothing, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house!

My husband and I and our four older teen kids enjoyed the week relaxing and spending time together. This house was perfect for us. It had all the things we needed to enjoy our Florida vacation. The kids loved the kayaks, the bikes, and the pool. We appreciated the beach gear provided when we visited Ft Meyers Beach. This home has lots of space for spreading out. We played games at the dining room table. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for preparing meals. Just bring your own seasonings if you need more than salt and pepper. I also appreciated the washer and dryer so that we could go home with clean clothes. It was all fantastic. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for the week. We loved it!

Great location and layout. Easy check in and walkable neighborhood. Can’t give a 5 star bc the floors were so dirty we couldn’t go barefoot or in socks without them being black in 5 minutes. We were also disappointed at no shampoo and only 3 rolls of TP when paying for a one month stay.

We had a relaxing stay. Plenty of warm pool time. Great view down the canal and close to restaurants. This house is close to the bridge to Fort Myers and plenty of beach options. This house is wonderful and the hosts have thought of all the extras.

Buautiful Villa

Family of 4 just back to the UK after spending 8 nights here and it really is beautiful with beautiful location. Has everything you need, plenty of towels and beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and very comfy beds! We hired a boat for the week, just amazing would come back tomorrow!

Our group enjoyed our stay here! Such a beautiful view of the canal. We enjoyed fishing, using tne kayaks and loved that the pool was heated. Very clean and plenty of room for our crew of 6.

Relaxing week!

Despite Cape Coral recovering from the hurricane, we were able to enjoy the area and this rental was perfect. Very clean, plenty of amenities- we enjoyed the pool and bikes. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty of supplies to make quick meals
