Wide Water Views, Hot Tub, Heated pool! 75 reviews.Villa 27

  • Spend your days relaxing poolside, sunbathing or swimming in the heated pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Watch dolphins, rays and fish play in the 200 foot canal from the comfort of your deck chair.

Walk down to the private dock and property wide Captains Walk to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! Boaters will love the 2 minute, around the corner, no bridge access to the Caloosahachee River. Plenty of room to dock your rental boat here too.

At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage and grilling a steak and sampling some southern Florida fresh seafood.

Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan and can comfortably sleep just one couple or a group of 8. The doors in the living room and master bedroom open completely to allow the outdoors to become part of the house and entertaining space

You will find the home to be fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, kayaks, bikes, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Don’t miss out on vacationing in this very rare find with breathtaking views !

Family Vacation 2024

Very nice house located in a nice neighborhood on the water. Conveniently located close to shopping and eating places. Used the outdoor grill and table in the pool area for most of our cooking and dining and spent most evenings using the pool and hot tub. Bikes, kayaks, beach towels were all a plus. Would stay here again.
