Fully stocked and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/ 2 bath waterfront home with heated pool, kayaks, and fishing poles. Located in wonderful and quaint Matlacha Isles - a boater's and fisherman's dream - just minutes away from open water and Florida's most renowned Tarpon fishing spots. Fishing tours and boat rentals available. Sleeps 6 - full pool heat and electricity included in price.

We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.
Our property manager stops by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any of your questions.


Villa Palm Paradise of Matlacha is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just minutes away from wonderful Seafood restaurants and the shops of Matlacha. Every day you can buy fresh shrimp and fish right off the boats. Lots of the restaurants offer live music. Within a mile radius of the home we have a Publix and an Aldi, a gas station, many more restaurants and breakfast places, a pool hall, multiple parks, pickleball courts, a little entertainment park for kids with a mini golf course, bumper boats....and so much more.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information you need for your arrival. We will also arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

This newly remodeled waterfront pool home is conveniently located in quaint and beautiful Matlacha Isles, just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

Rent a boat or bring your own. Spend your days enjoying the white beaches on our beautiful islands like Cayo Costa, Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, Upper Captiva…and so many more. Watch the dolphins swim and play alongside your boat, savor the sun, have a cocktail, and just love life.

Book a fishing trip with Captain Herman who also rents boats right around the corner. He will show you the best spots to catch red snapper, snook, grouper, trout, catfish, sheepshead, mangrove snapper, and…. do not miss out on the best: our world-famous tarpon fishing off Bokeelia.

The kitchen is fully stocked and offers everything you need to cook your favorite meals.

The master suite has a king-size bed and a beautiful brand new bathroom with a great walk-in shower.
One guest bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, the other guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. There are smart TVs in all bedrooms and in the living room.

In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees on your arrival. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.

Our stay was very relaxing. The king bed was comfortable with a big screen TV in both the bedroom and living room. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The outdoor lounging and scenery was very tranquil. It’s definitely a place we would enjoy coming back to again!
