Home features an open floor plan with new porcelain tile flooring throughout. Spacious kitchen with big island and brand new appliances. All furniture is new and high quality. 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queens) all contain their own flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi throughout.

This is our second stay in this house in 2025. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cooking items. It is also well organized and clean. We are pleased with the cleanliness of the whole house and outside pool area. We look forward to staying here again.

Plenty of Room

We enjoyed our stay in the Yacht Club home. We had plenty of room to spread out and each have our own space. Everything was clean and new. The pool was great to relax in during the evening. Having a bathroom outside was a nice plus. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. The location was perfect - close to shops and a short drive to the beach and Gulf. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Our stay at this Vrbo home in Cape Coral was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the house. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The pool area was a highlight—tons of room to lounge, swim, and soak up the Florida sunshine. Inside, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook at home, which made meals a breeze. The location was another major plus! Just a short walk to downtown Cape Coral, we loved having easy access to fantastic restaurants and shops while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. We also can’t say enough great things about Kat—she was wonderful to work with, always helpful, responsive, and made everything seamless. If you're looking for a perfect getaway spot, this is it. We loved every moment of our spring break here and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful relaxing time

We loved this home! It is definitely one of our favorite rentals so far. House is as advertised. Owner & Property manager were very responsive. We will definitely try to book this house if we return to Cape Coral.

Nice property for a long weekend stay!

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. All amenities listed were all there. Property owner and Property manager were accessible and provided timely responses both prior and throughout our stay. Highly Recommend!!

Excellent-Home Away from Home

We stayed at this property for 10 days. We enjoyed the highest quality environment. Everything was clean and well stocked. The owner had available anything you would ever need from kitchen equipment to pool toys. The beds were soooooo comfortable. There is plenty of space for family and also space to get some quiet time alone. Furnishings of highest quality. Pool was clean and a pool heater was available. Lock box key made arrival at any time possible. Check in and out was easy and a visit by the property manager upon check-in and check-out allowed for any questions or needs to be met. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to stores and beaches. It really felt like home. The owners know how to make a vacation enjoyable by thinking of everything before we got there, all we had to do was just enjoy ourselves. I would go back again and again and would rent any property these owners have available. We left a couple of personal items and the property manager contacted us to let us know and figure out next steps. We could not have asked for a better experience. The property is even better than advertised. Happy, happy customers. Can't wait to go back.

Loved our stay!

This was an awesome home! It was so clean and well furnished. We were surprised how much bigger the home was from the pictures. Nice towels, bedding and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, in Yacht club and close to lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
