Magnificent location! Very quite, cozy and clean place, wich is a part of a duplex. Located near the beaches in the area where you can enjoy the tropical ambiance. You can also enjoy the nightlife and a variety of restaurants and bars in the area.The markets and shopping stores are within 10 min walking distance. Our place has all you need for a wonderful getaway!

Lovely place

I was here for just a few days but it was a great value! It was quiet and comfortable. Close to establishments if I wanted to go out but had all the amenities if I wanted to stay in. I would definitely add this to my favorites list.

Perfect for Solo Travel

Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Just as advertised. Good restaurants with life music close by. Would recommend for solo, or couple stays.

Clean and affordable

Very clean and affordable accomodations. In a quiet neighborhood. Close to cape coral bridge. Loved the place but the tv and internet wouldnt work the last night of our stay. We would stay there again.

Clean no frills property within walking distance of downtown

The property was very clean and functional. Price was competitive with local chain hotels, but you get a kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. We would stay again.

Great Value

Two questions sent to host. Answered quickly. Location is close to grocery store and several places to enjoy a good meal. The shower sang to us while setting water temp. 😁 Easy to navigate around the area. Slept well and stocked with what we would use at home. Saved us money on our vacation.

Pleasantly surprised
