Nice get away

Overall the house was in great condition and entertained well. Just a little better communication about getting the cable to work in all rooms. Would have been nice two have two trash containers so we could have recycled. When we come back next year for tournament we would consider renting again but I believe host fees and cleaning fees are a little pricey.

A lovely property

This was a beautiful property with an amazing pool area. We really enjoyed it.It was also in a great location, near to many super restaurants.We would definitely return again if we are in this area.

A-maxing!

Loved our time here. The backyard and pool area was fantastic! Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all the cups, plates and utensils you need. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender as well. Paying extra for the heated pool was well worth it. But bring your own pens ;). We will definitely be staying here again!

Winter Vacation

Overall, this property was in pretty good shape and my family had a great time. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. The outdoor pool, cooking area, and eating area was a huge bonus! House was very clean and just as pictured! My only recommendation is that some basic maintenance could be performed that could fix some broken things - handle, electrical outlet, etc.

We Have a Great Time!

The house is spacious, the bathrooms are super nice and the kitchen is very well equipped. My teenage boys loved the pool table and we all loved the Tiki Bar and the pool with the spa. The gardening is spectacular! There were only minor details that need attention: many of the lights inside the house did not turn on, as did many of the outlets. I was super excited to enjoy the hammock which was shown in the photos by the pool area but was not there, neither was the umbrella. The chairs in the small dining room need to be replaced. Sadly all the pillows were very thick and firm and was an unpleasant experience to sleep because we preferred thinner and softer pillows. I think it would be best if the house offered both types. Regardless, we had a great time!

Very run down and lacking detail to vacation rentals. I have a laundry list as a VRBO host and am quite disappointed and feel I have to share this with other potential guests. My property had a small stain on carpet due to guest and got a start taken off, this property would owe stars, someone needs to pay attention here

Boys Golf Trip

This is an excellent property! The pictures are exactly like the actual residence. Very nice area on a quiet street. Never heard of sound from another neighbor. Make good use of all of the obvious amenities. By a fluke we ran into the owner of the property Maria. Very nice woman. I dealt with Danny who I believe his title is property manager. Any small issues, I would text him and he always got back to me promptly. The only very small issue was the water pressure is quite low in the master bathroom. Not a big deal for us as I gave it five stars all around. Also We didn't know any of the golf courses in the area so if you're looking for a tip I would try the Fort Myers golf and country club. Nice little pub and deck area for the 19th hole. We felt that one was much better than Eastwood. If we come back down to Fort Myers there's no question that we would consider this property again. Very happy!

Beautiful home

This was an absolutely beautiful home inside and out. Everything was in perfect shape when we got there. We loved everything about the outside set up with the pool, tiki hut, outdoor cooking options, tvs, lounge chairs, ect. We would absolutely recommend this place to our friends and look forward to coming back for a visit again!

Lights

It was great until the last two nights of our stay. The lights under the soffit were on all night shinning through the master bedroom windows which made it really light in the room and hard to sleep. I spoke through text to the owner. She just said they were on a timer but they weren’t on the other nights of the stay. They were on by 10pm until about 9am.

Tropical paradise

The decorating and obeisance of the home and outdoor space was spectacular. We really enjoyed the privacy of the backyard with the pool, tiki hut, grilling station and sitting areas. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cape Coral Oasis

Really nothing negative I can say about this listing. The backyard pool, outdoor kitchen, and tiki bar were as advertised. We paid the fee to heat the pool which was worth it since it is typically cool in January. I will mention that the listing does state there are cameras and I knew that going in. We were assured that the cameras are only reviewed if there is damages or a disturbance.
