Intervillas Florida - Villa Bayshore

The Villa Bayshore is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River with breath taking views and fast boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and the offshore island of Sanibel Island and Captiva. South facing and an elegant Florida feeling on 2 floors. The villa has been completely renovated and modern furnished. A dream vacation it will be!

Simply a villa for unforgettable holidays in Florida. By the way, one of the best locations in Cape Coral. The famous boat Christmas parade takes place right in front of the villa.

The two story house will enchant you! The south facing, spacious infinity pool with saltwater offers stunning views over the River. Thanks to huge sliding doors you can connect the living room and the lanai to one room and enjoy the Florida feeling inside as well.

Great flat screen TV 75" in the living room, comfortable sofa and a great pool table for daily fun. Super fast WLAN access in the whole house with YouTube is available for your use.

From the spacious, open and fully equipped kitchen you enjoy wonderful views over the lanai / pool area and the River. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the bar or on the dock - the perfect moment at the perfect place. A Ninja coffee machine is available.

Villa Bayshore offers all in all 5 bedrooms - 2 master bedrooms. One of the master suites (direct access to the pool area) with own bathroom in the ground floor. Another kingsize bedroom (direct access to the pool area) and another bedroom with two full beds are also laying as well on the ground floor. These two bedrooms share a bathroom (shower/WC).

Upstairs you find the second master suite as well as another kingsize bedroom. The two bedrooms share one bathroom with shower/WC.

House Boat rent optional (2023 Hurricane SunDeck 2690) possible and very recommended. Within a minute you're in the middle of the Caloosahatchee River and you can enjoy a sundowner on the water. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva, go shelling on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.

The dock with boat lift is only available for the house boat - which also can be rented.

Family Summer Get away

Enjoyed a get away with our kiddos and my sister! Location was wonderful. House was very clean and provided everything we could’ve asked for! One of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed. 3 major draw backs for us - extremely loud construction all day most days next door with loud trucks dropping rocks etc starting at 7:30am. 2. Tons of bugs biting while we were swimming. If we had known about how bad the bugs were - might’ve changed our minds staying there. We are all bitten from head to toe and it took the fun out of the evening swims especially, couldn’t enjoy meals on the veranda etc. 3. had to pay per person additional service charges for the stay which is a first for us on top of the rental fee….

Great house on the river

The house is great. We spent spring break here with our three kids and my parents and loved it. We used the pool every day. The kitchen is well stocked with pots / pans for cooking meals, and they have a good size grill. The management company is fantastic and responded to every question we had very quicly.The one thing we wish we would've known is about the boat rental. The boat is a minimum 5-day rental but the water on the river is very choppy and makes it difficult to park the boat on the lift. So unless you are a very experienced boater, you won't be able to use it much. Otherwise, our experience was great.

Best part of Cape Coral

The location is fabulous. The house and pool were great! Brand new house minutes over the Cape Coral bridge. Waterview was spectacular. Saw dolphins in the river right outside the patio!! We rented the boat and had several days cruising through the river and Gulf. We visit every year to see family and this was the best place we have ever stayed at in Cape Coral.
