  • This home is in Southeast Cape Coral. All the things you need are here- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a heated pool and a 2 car garage!!

    Just a short drive to Fort Myers bridge for proximity to baseball fields!

    This wonderful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property comfortably sleeps 5-6 and is the perfect location for baseball fans looking to be close to the action. But that's not all - the highlight of this property is the gorgeous heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or ballpark. With its modern amenities and prime location, this is the ultimate retreat for anyone seeking a getaway in the Sunshine State.

    - we heat the pool to 87 degrees and it is on the timer of the filter so in the cold months the heater runs during the day but is off at night when the filter is off.
    - we do ask the guests to leave the home as they found it
    - we start you off with one roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of Paper towels so you do not have to immediately go to the store.
    - we leave a few laundry pods and ask that you launder the pool towels and towels before you leave. It is ok to leave your towels from that morning however the majority we do ask you you to have laundered before you depart.
    -We ask you to remove your trash (our bins are located outside, to your left by the garage)

    -We lovingly decorated our home and provided you with all amenities we reasonably could. You are welcome to use them all and enjoy yourself, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy as well. Please know, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent experience during your well deserved vacation. Please take the time to read over our house rules carefully.

    -Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8:00 AM. You are welcome to enjoy the yard/pool but please be mindful of your noise level as sound travels far outdoors. Absolutely no outside music after 10p on the lanai's.

    -Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, and of course no illegal drugs, please.

    -Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire 5 hours to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM.

    -Occasionally stuff breaks. We get it! Should you break anything more than a glass or a plate, please message us immediately so we can start the process of getting it fixed.

Another great visit to Cape Coral

Second time we have stayed at this location. Great house and great location. We love staying at this location. Several good restaurants nearby, two executive golf courses within 15 minutes, and putt-putt courses near. Weather has always been great. We would definitely go back.

Summer fun.

The house was exactly what was advertised. A lovely house in cape coral. Happy with property manager. Had a issue with kitchen sink, she had someone there the next day. Great time. Will definitely contact Jill again.

Nice Clean Rental

Our stay was very nice. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. There were plenty of dishes to prepare meals and a grill for outdoor entertainment. The pool was a nice addition especially on hot days to cool off. There was a game room which was great for the kids to have extra fun. Definitely would recommend staying at this rental if you are in the area.

Beautiful Property

My husband, teenage son, and i booked this property to attend a Youth Football League Championship. The home looks just like the pictures, except the furniture in the living room is new. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the game room. 10/10!

Loved this place!

This property was GREAT! The pictures on VRBO just don’t do it justice! We were pleasantly surprised! It’s an older home I would guess but that takes nothing away from this home! It is spacious and clean, good proximity to multiple beaches locally, property manager is prompt to respond if needed, the pool was so refreshing and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good neighborhood to be in. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and especially for the price!!! We would recommend this home to friends and family and would happily stay here again!

Great property

This property was great for our family of 4. We spent hours outback on the lanai and in the pool. The property was well kept and very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. I loved that I didn’t have to pack pool towels or beach chairs.We were in town for baseball and the parks were in close proximity to the house as mentioned and the beaches were a short drive too. Booking was quick and easy. We only booked a few days prior to our trip and communication with the property manger was great, well organized and had all information we needed in a binder for arrival and departure as well as recommendations. I would stay in this house again when we are in the area.

The best house we have rented

This was the 4th year that we have rented during the winter and this house was the best we have rented. The location is great, sets on a street off the main streets, so the traffic is not an issue. It is 15 - 20 minute drive to several restaurants, mini golf, golf courses, and shopping. The house is a good size, comfortable furniture and well equipped. The best issue is the lanai. Large lanai with swimming pool, Plenty of places to sit and has a large table. In the two weeks I was there I spend a lot of time when we were at the house on the Lani.
