Welcome to our home, located in a private and quiet area less than a mile from historic Cape Charles.
Our property offers quick access to the Chesapeake Bay and includes a boat slip available for vessels up to 17 feet & a kayak launch. The spacious backyard features a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards, a putting green, and a covered porch. Inside, you can enjoy the scenery from the large open kitchen and living area.
Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area, and an RO water dispenser. The house also has an automatic generator. For your convenience, we provide linens, toilet paper, hand soap, beach chairs, and towels.
Please note the following details regarding your stay:
- Community Pool & Pickleball/Tennis Courts: Within walking distance.
- Hot Tub: The hot tub has been removed and replaced with the putting green.
- Security: To ensure safety while valuing your privacy, there is a single security camera on the front of the house; it is only monitored if necessary.
- The POA requires all guests to sign an agreement. Please sign and return this document upon booking.
- Boat Slip: If you plan to use the boat slip or bring a trailer, please email boat make, model and length so we can inform the dockmaster.
