  • Porción de una hermosa granja de piedra situada en un típico pueblo medieval, hermoso panorama en el valle, jardín y piscina para el uso exclusivo de los huéspedes, fantástica terraza panorámica.
    La casa está unida por un lado a otra, pero es completamente independiente y tiene un jardín cercado de unos 250 metros cuadrados equipado con mesa, sillas, sombrilla para barbacoa, tumbonas y una piscina de madera hexagonal semi subterránea (4 mx 4 m - profundidad 1,10 m en el exterior solo para 60 cm, apertura 13/05 - 23/09/2017) disponible solo para huéspedes.
    Cosas para hacer:
    La zona es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones llenas de vida al aire libre, muchas rutas para organizar excursiones en bicicleta de montaña y paseos para descubrir los numerosos pueblos y aldeas que están cerca como Ruota, San Andrea di Compito, San GINESE.
    Para los amantes de la cocina típica de la Toscana, restaurantes, trattorias y pizzería a solo 1,5 km de la casa.
    A unos 20 km se puede llegar a las espléndidas Terme di San Giuliano y a 34 km de las hermosas playas de Versilia.
    También puede visitar las ciudades de arte más importantes de la Toscana con excursiones de un día: Lucca a 12 km, Pisa a 22 km y Florencia a 70 km.

    ===== DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ALOJAMIENTO =====
    Subir una escalera externa conduce al primer piso (nivel de planta baja): gran salón con sofá y sillones, comedor, cocina con estufa (5 quemadores), horno, microondas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, salida a la terraza equipado con mesa y sillas donde se puede cenar con una vista impresionante del valle (en la terraza hay la lavadora y la caldera).
    Escaleras para la segunda p: 1 habitación doble grande con armario, televisión, 1 baño grande con ducha separada, jacuzzi, inodoro, bidet, lavabo.
    En el 3er piso: 1 habitación doble, 1 habitación con cama de matrimonio de 1,40 m, 1 baño con ducha, inodoro, bidet, lavabo.
    La casa está amueblada con buen gusto y es muy acogedora, de estilo rústico con techos con vigas y ladrillos, suelos de terracota.
    La habitación del nivel de la planta baja está cerrada.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Casa Max. Und können die Unterkunft ohne schlechtes Gewissen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.Es ist alles notwendige im Haus und Küche enthalten. Zudem gibt es einen tollen Ausblick und einen schönen Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse zu sehen.

Wir haben uns im Casa Max sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus selber und in der Küche ist alles notwendige und mehr vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Abend den tollen Ausblick und den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter, sowohl bei der Ankunft und auch bei der Abreise war völlig unkompliziert. Sie fand per WhatsApp statt. Zudem ist der Vermieter sehr nett. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können mit gutem Gewissen die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist ideal, man erreicht viele sehenswerte Orte. Tolle Strände haben wir in 1h erreicht. Wir waren mit Kleinkind da und waren sehr willkommen.

Many thanks for letting us stay in your nice and cozy house. Well equipped and with a beautiful view. We had a nice BBQ and did some amazing trips to the sorrounding villages and cities.We loved Siena and of course the famous tower of Pisa.

We had a lovely time! The house was ideal for the six of us. The kids loved the pool and we loved the location, very quiet and peaceful, but near enough to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre, Montecatini, etc and the beach. The owners are very welcoming and left us cakes and drink, thank you. We will always remember our time at Casa Max.

We had a lovely week staying at Casa Max. The house was wonderfully peaceful, and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Massimo, the owner was so helpful and communicative. We arrived later than planned and he very kindly waited for us to arrive to give us the keys. We loved the outdoor terrace and swimming pool, and the views were just beautiful. The house is obviously very well taken care of and has everything you might need. Thank you Massimo for a great week in your lovely home. We very much hope to return one day!

What a beautiful house in a great area. We love the decoration and the facilities. The house is fully equipped. We could see you’re paying a lot of attention to this. Thank you so much! It was a hot week, so we are also grateful for the airconditioned in the bedrooms. Casa Max is a great place to stay and to see Tuscany. After sight-seeing, our kids enjoyed the pool. The greatest asset of this house is undoubtedly the spectacular views – they are literally breathtaking. The location is excellent and makes a perfect base for exploring Tuscany. During our stay, we visited Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra, and also spent two days on the beach near Marina di Pisa. The house is equipped with everything you could need for a vacation. Spacious and comfortable, it offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a terrace. Guests also have access to a small but charming garden with a swimming pool and barbecue area. This is an ideal place for both families with older children and groups of friends. The surrounding area, especially Castelvecchio di Compito, is incredibly picturesque and full of charm. An additional advantage is the very friendly and welcoming neighbors, who made our stay even more enjoyable. A big plus is also the friendly owners, who take great care of the house and the comfort of their guests! If I were to point out any minor drawbacks, the first is the house's three-story layout, which requires frequent stairs. This wasn't a major issue for us, but it's worth keeping in mind. The second minor inconvenience is the lack of direct access from the house to the garden and pool area. To get there, you have to exit through the main entrance and pass through an additional gate. This doesn't significantly impact the comfort of your stay, but it would be even more convenient if the garden were accessible directly from the house.

We have been here in Casa Max for a week with the whole family including one baby child. The house was comfortable for everyone including the little boy (1 year old). He could crawl every minute in the house and around the pool. In this week we had beautiful weather, so the airconditioning did its job in the evening. We have no comments on the house and all the facilities in it. Everything was well done and complete for us. We have done nice things in the neighboorhood. The week was past before we knew it, too short. Maybe when we are in the area, we'll come back!

During our stay, we visited Lucca twice and enjoyed exploring its charming streets. We spent a wonderful day at Marina di Pisa, seating by the sea and swimming in the water. Of course no trip would be complete without a visit to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which was as impressive as we imagined. A day trip to San Gimignano was also on our itinerary, and did not disappoint. The medieval towers and picturesque views were simply breathtaking and added a special touch to our Tuscan adventure. We also took the time to stroll through the neighbourhood, which offered great views and was worth the walk. The pool was a highlight for us, providing a perfect way to cool off after a long day. Thank you for providing such a lovely retreat. We had an unforgettable stay!

We arrived in very bad weather, heavy rains and a lot of wind. The owner, his wife and a woman who spoke English were there. We were welcomed with cookies and pantelleria liquor! Fortunately, the weather got better and we enjoyed the 20°C the next days. We went to Lucca to cycle on the mura, to Firenze to climb the campanile, to Villa Reale, to Cinque Terre, to Pisa and we enjoyed walks in the neighbourhood. Such beautiful plants and flowers. All the acacia trees in blossom! We saw a "hop" and a blue "rotslijster": these birds were never seen by us before. And the beautiful views from the village on top of the hill! We enjoyed the warm atmosphere of this casa. It is clean and everything you need is there! Thank you for having us here, we hope the casa may welcome lots and lots more happy guests!

Tolles Haus, super Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet.

Abwicklung mit der Organisation ear hervorragend. Sehr nette Vermieter. Trotz erheblicher Flugverspätung klappte der Check In reibungslos. Tolles Haus. 3 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, 2 sehr saubere Bäder, ein Wohnbereich und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Beschreibung passt perfekt. Aufenthalt am Pool und im Garten waren sehr entspannend. Auch der Check Out klappte hervorragend. Unbedingt zu empfehlen, wenn man einen entspannten Toskana Urlaub machen möchte.

Petit paradis

Au calme dans un petit village, à l’abri de la foule, la maison est parfaitement rénovée et très bien equipee Très jolie vue de la terrasse. Piscine très appréciée Joli jardin Elle est de plus située au coeur des sites à visiter 20 min de lucca, 40 min de pise ou de la plage et 1 h de Florence Les propriétaires sont charmants

"Casa Max" ist nicht ganz zutreffend als Name: "Palazzo Max" wäre passender. Der Empfang durch Maximo und seine Frau, die Herzlichkeit, die sehr leckern Wilkommenskekse und die zweitägige Anfahrt sofort vergessen. Wir lebten hier wie die Adeligen, leider nur eine Woche! Das Haus, die Aussicht, die Grillen, der Garten, der Pool, das Ital. Essen: aAlles perfekt! Die Medicis waren nicht besser untergebracht! "Casa Max" non è del tutto vero come nome: "Palazzo Max" sarebbe più adatto. L'accoglienza di Maximo e sua moglie, la cordialità, i biscotti di benvenuto molto gustosi , dimentichiamo subito il viaggio di due giorni. Vivevamo qui come nobili, purtroppo solo una settimana! La casa, la vista, i grilli, il giardino, la piscina, il cibo italiano: tutto perfetto! Le Madicis non sono state meglio accolte! Spero che Iberico non ha speso nessuna sciocchezza.

The welcome was very warm with icecream, a big plate of cookies and cold beer and wine for my wife and myself! The house is beautiful in every aspect. So is the garden with the lovely swimmingpool. The evenings on the balcony we enjoyed very much, with a stunning panoramic view. Thank you again for everything. Great experience!

Highly recommend this property for your stay near Lucca. The owners are the nicest people and really take care of the property great view from outdoor dining area and nice safe parking. Nice neighborhood and even has s vegetable truck come by on Wednesday and unlimited fresh spring water just down the road a bit. Loved it all!
