"The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"Great place for small family get-together. Kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms supplied with everything one would need. lovely hosts, minor problem fixed immediately. short drive to Antigonish. beautiful setting and very private.Not tech savvy..cna't add photo"

"Phenominal place to just relax and meld into the natural setting. Pomquet beach just a minute drive away is an amazing bonus. Highly recommend👍"

"Very clean and well kept home. The owner stopped by to make sure our stay was going OK and to see if we needed anything. Enjoyed spending time in Port Hawkesbury and sitting by the water at the nearby rocky shore. Owner has good directions on how to get to get to other nearby sandy beaches."

"Southside Harbour Vacations Apartment was a lovely little gem along the Antigonish Harbour. We loved the apartment! It’s a spacious layout with beautiful decor. It was meticulously clean. John and Kathryn were very friendly hosts, they shared lots of information about the area’s highlights and accommodated us with kayaks and a lobster steamer. "This property was exactly what we were looking for. Stunning views and far away from the hustle of city life. The house was quaint and enough room for seven of us. There is no central air conditioning, just a heat pump on the first floor but opening the windows to the ocean air as Todd suggested was more than sufficient to cool the rooms down in the night. "The entire experience from the start to the end was very well done. Easy communication, easy arrival andbwell laid out space inside that was decorated in a modern layout with nautical feel.
