"For me personally it was close to my son's house.. but it was clean and orderly"

"We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility."

Digital clock was missing from my room. Desk clerk scheduled a wakeup call instead. A/C worked well and was not too noisy. "I stay here due to convenience to the airport and shuttle service. Check in was excellent, fast and easy. My room was too close to noisy roads, air conditioner was so loud therefore I didn’t get a good nights rest. I will look into and pay for a nicer room next time."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at the Hotel Providence and will definitely be back! The location is ideal, with great restaurants in both directions, and perfect for walking to the beautiful riverfront. Our standard room was spacious, tasteful and spotless, with an extremely comfortable bed and quiet heating/cooling system. The staff is wonderful—a big shout out to Sebastian at the front desk whose professional and warm hospitality was truly the icing on the cake!"

"The property was very nice. The restaurant food was very good. The staff was very nice. However, our room was not cleaned for the three nights we were there. After the first night we let the front desk know and got clean towels. The next day clean towels were left in the room, but room was not cleaned. Happy to provide pictures. We were reimbursed $50 from Expedia. The hotel only gave us HH points which I told them we do not travel enough for us to use them."

"Soon as we arrived the outside was dirty, the lobby was dirty. there was only one clerk on at 5:30pm and he was very overwhelmed, long line. We got to our room and the floor was soaking wet from the A/C unit leaking, mold all over the wall where the AC was. When we tried to leave the room the handle came off in our hands and we couldn't get out .
