"Beautiful building, loved the balcony overlooking the river. Large room, very clean. The bed wasn’t the comfiest and I wasn’t a fan of the bed pillows but all and all loved the design of the hotel and the breakfast was a nice touch. Close to so many things. Sheboygan is such a cute town. We will def stay there again ❤️"

"I was actually not able to stay here despite booking through Expedia with a confirmation number. I drove 3 hours only to be told there was an error and that they were fully booked so had to scramble to find a dog-friendly hotel room in peak summer."

"Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them."

"Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We requested another and were accommodated. The key card sometimes worked and most times didn’t. The room was fine although the AC seemed to make the room more humid somehow. The bathroom fan didn’t work. There were hotel storage items in the swimming pool area. And vacuum cleaners were stored at the bottom of guest access stairway. Breakfast was very basic. All in all over $442 for two nights was too high of a cost."

"This hotel should not charge more than $79 a night and we paid over $300. Elevators were dirty. It’s been a very long time since anyone cleaned them. Room was terrible. Pull ties for drawer handles. No hooks in the bathroom to hand up a towel, TV had 4 channels and be noise level from outside was ridiculously loud. Would not recommend this place at all."

"Location was perfect for event we attended. The hardwood floors were really dirty made or white socks black, kitchen with no towels, ceiling fan in bedroom did not work, bathroom smelled really musty, shower was nasty, shower didn’t have proper shower curtain, shampoo dispenser was empty. One of the bedroom comforters had crusty white stains. There were not any hangers in either hall closets and no bedroom dressers. There also wasn’t any suitcase stands. Front desk area was out of k-cups before...

"This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new."
