"The house is as listed. It was clean, and the view of Lake Superior was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going. It is in a good location with a short drive to Canal Park, and restaurants. I would stay here again. "

An as Duluth slowly repairs the poor street conditions of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, we were dealing with detours and construction. "

"The stairs down to the door can be precarious but once there it is clean and neat with an excellent view!"

"Location was perfect. Ample sleeping space. Only downfall for our family is gramma doesn’t do stairs well and the bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs so they checked into a hotel, but that wasn’t the fault of the host, I didn’t read carefully enough. Will keep this in mind for future trips to Duluth! Just was very communicative and helpful!! "

"As advertised, owners were pleasant and easy to deal with. House was well equipped (don’t have to run out and buy toilet paper/ paper towels / etc) and there isn’t a huge list of rules and house keeping like there is in some places. Only complaint is that the only way to access the two showers is through a bedroom but we made it work fine. "

"I am a travel agent so we’ve stayed in many places. Coming across this gem was like hitting the jackpot! We came to escape the city for a few days. The property is extremely well maintained, beautiful, very comfortable, and Drew is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. Looking at this listing isn’t enough - you have to hear it. I cannot recommend this property enough and will certainly be back. If I have clients headed to Duluth this property will have my highest recommendation! "

"The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. "The property itself was beautiful- Hunter was a great host. AC had a slight leak in the master but he was quick to communicate with me when I found it. The kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, game room and every other feature we could use we did (except the boat). My hubby and I will be back on our own for a weekend hideaway! I may have forgotten one of our life jackets there "
