"The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

"Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good."

"This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting."

"Very nicely and cozy decorated little holidayhouse."

"Très bien, appartement spacieux"

"I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

"Sehr nettes Personal. Trotz zu früher Anreise, sofort alles in die Wege geleitet, dass wir früher unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit leiser Musik und Blick aud die Rhone sehr sehr angenehm"

"Basic hotel room but spacious (separate closed off bedroom) with what we needed. Lots of closet space. There were water stations on every floor. Parking was tight and the lot behind the property was not lit at night."

"Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et accueillant. Les déjeuner sont délicieux et le brunch du week-end super. Le restaurant de l'hôtel fait une excellente cuisine indienne."

"Le cadre est très reposant et calme. L'accueil est au top. Personnel très serviable. Je recommande vivement."

"Very small with sharing bathroom,"
