"Check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 5pm. The host did not know we had a booking and asked us to wait an hour for her to get the property ready. Very unreliable and frustrating. Vrbo customer service was also a pain to deal with."

"We are glad we stayed in this nice and bright studio. We found it very clean and any questions we had they were promptly answered by the host, that we found easy to communicate with. It’s located on a very quiet building and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boston Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital and subway and train stations. We would love to stay there again if we need to return to Boston. Thanks for the excellent service provided."
