"The property is clean and pleasant with good beds. There is little you can do to four green walls and a TV except dress it up and charge more. This was competitively priced for what I needed and compares well against more expensive properties such as the Hampton Suites nearby.
What mad the difference for me was the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. One manager Darrel, I think his name was, went out of his way to help me with a very difficult time making my computer work to print...

"Breakfast was great and warm. Pool was freezing cold with no hot tub. Room was clean but with the size of the room there was only one AC unit and it was not near any beds, so the room was hot and humid, even when the AC was turned as low as it would go. Didn’t sleep with a blanket, only sheets"

"We only stayed 1 night for a quick birthday staycation. Everything was great, the girl who checks us in was very friendly, the room was very clean but the only complaint I have was the pillows were God awful. They had no support to them whatsoever. Your head completely sinks into them. If you like super plush soft pillows, that wouldn’t be an issue. Not really a deal breaker for a one night stay, but that was the only thing that my fiance and I disliked. Otherwise, great hotel and convenient...

"Second time lucky! After my first scheduled visit was snowed off, I made it to the Longleaf this week and I LOVE it! Such a cool modern take on the old school motel. Wonderful staff, lovely rooms, amazing bar, my favourite garden in any smaller US hotel and the perfect location. Just the best package available! I genuinely cannot wait to go back again and to see the wonderful employees again and a little more of the city as my entire stay was under 18hrs! As Arnie once said: “I’ll be back”!"

"We stayed one night at this hotel, during our stay a kids soccer team was in town. They spent the night running in the hallway, blasted music , slamming doors, and screaming. We called the front desk on many occasions, they did nothing to solve the problem. Another guest threatened to call the cops to make them stop.
We booked this hotel because it has the pool, but it was not clean. "

"Everything was great. I went by myself for a mom-stay-cation so I could sleep. Highly recommend for this! I was the Guest of the Day, and got a sign with my name on it at the front desk and a bag of snacks, just for me! I felt special!"

"Could tell room was half clean. Counters still dirty and a used lotion was given to me in the bathroom. The rooms A/C did not work and it was so warm I couldn’t sleep. Also the coffee make was dirty inside, would recommend machines with detachable water reservoirs we can clean before use. The blankets were also incredibly itchy and no too sheet option for those who don’t like blankets. The most noticeable & worst was the sewage smell in the lobby"
