"The Bunk House is very quaint and peaceful…just what we wanted. It has everything we needed. It’s not far from town. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. There’s a little path that you can walk down to the river too. Highly recommend staying at the Bunk House if you are in Cañon City. Loved chatting with Shari, she is so sweet."

"Great stay in fun cabin. Shari and Mike are very welcoming and are great hosts. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch next to the creek, comfortable bed and it was nice and clean. We will be back. "

"The cabin was beautiful, and the host extra touches of a well stocked kitchen, as well as toiletries, and a welcome gift of fresh flowers and a bottle of wine were above and beyond "

"Step out the door and you are in the middle of it all. Turn right and head toward S Mountain (awesome trails for hiking or biking), the Arkansas River (watch the rafters and surfers then take a stroll along the path, awesome shopping and restaurants. Turn immediately left for coffee and yoga!!! There is a Natural Grocer right across the street- so handy!The condo was small but well appointed. Our only complaint was not being warned about the stairs to the loft bedroom. The stairs were steep,...

It did appear that the place had been empty for awhile and could have used some dusting but other than that it was a great place to get away! Definitely would book again. "A great place to stay in Cripple Creek. It has everything we could have wanted or needed: Great kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and family room. The T.V. was terrific. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from downtown and the narrow gage railroad. Close drive to fishing and hiking. For sure we will be guests in the future."
