"Nice, clean, property. Check in was easy. I was charged for parking when my reservation said complimentary. It was $10. I didn’t complain, though. Just wanted to mention. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Quiet property even though it’s around several others and right off the highway. Would stay here again. "

"First time at a La Quinta, likely the last. First room no hot water, second room, hot (in March) ac not working properly, 2 tbs in a suite that did not work. Front desk said issues with cable, was not fixed. The kicker for me was the disgusting amount of toenail clippings all over the carpet that were not mine. "

"I was in a car accident and the staff was rude to my wife when she called to let them know we couldn’t make it.
I’m in the hospital getting check out and they tell her it’s not her fault and that they are taking the money.
Didn’t even let her explain that we didn’t want the refund we just wanted to see if we could push the day out.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior me working in the medical field and being law enforcement also we understand things happen you can’t trust...
