Very nice studio, comfortable, conveniently located for Congress and holidays, at 50meters, only, for 'La Croisette', sea and sandy beaches.
Near the Palais des Festivals, the Rue d'Antibes, the railway station.
Well appointed. 24 m2 + 5.5 m2 terrace.
Customers appreciate the south, on the 5th floor, the quiet sun terrace overlooking the garden MIRAMAR. No street noise.
An electric awning, sunshade.

WIFI. TV. Air conditioning. Elevator, concierge, video surveillance.
Sofa bed brand with a real comfortable bed.
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher.

Bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet, storage.

Strengths:
This studio has seduced us as it is conveniently located between two Palaces, The Carlton and Martinez, although at calm in the heart of the life of Cannes.
It is also, very well appointed and comfortable. A real quality bed.
Precious: the terrace on the 5th floor, and sunny side jardin.We hear the birds, not cars.
Close to all amenities, activities, Palais des Festivals, on foot.
Everything is easy by foot

I loved this apartment

Everything about staying at Alice’s lovely apartment was perfect. She was gracious throughout, met me when I arrived and bud me farewell when I left. The location could not be better and I had everything I needed. A truly lovely place to stay and truly lovely landlords. ❤️

Merci à Alice et Josic 😊😘

Alice et Josic les propriétaires sont adorables 🥰 d’une gentillesse extrême, l appartement est très propre et ne manque de rien, au calme au 5 eme étage exposé sud, jolie terrasse donnant sur les jardins du Miramar et au 5 eme étages la résidence est belle et sécurisée, Alice et Josic sontde bons conseils pour toutes les activités un livret à disposition, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à faire les îles de Lerins, l’île marguerite et saint honorât vous pouvez également pour les amateurs de bancs de poissons du snorkeling et le couché de soleil en catamaran.. La plage est à 50 m face au Martinez et à l’angle de la résidence rue Rouaze il y’a également un très bon caviste très charmant pour les amateurs également de bon vins. Que dire ! Parfait 👍 Merci encore à Alice et Josic pour leur accueil, nous reviendrons sans hésitation 😘😘 Sarah-Eva et Loic

Accueil très chaleureux

Ma mère et moi avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine . Accueil très chaleureux, le studio est comme sur les photos . La propreté irréprochable (ce qui est très rare). La literie était très confortable. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés . Je vous le recommande vivement !

Comfortable conveniently located apartment

My stay at Alice’s apartment was excellent. She met me at the apartment even though it was quite late at night and showed me everything. All was perfect with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning and black out blinds which enabled a great sleep. Alice was very kind and had left a few items in the fridge for me including a bottle of wine! The apartment had an excellent location - only a block or two from the beach! I would return in a heartbeat!

Terrific location and wonderful property manager

This location was fantastic! Very close to the Palais and main area of the Cannes film festival, as well as being in walking distance to most everything exciting in the Cannes area. Alice was incredibly helpful, and the room was excellent. Very clean. Highly recommended!

Gute und ruhige Lage, sehr klein inkl. Bett

Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Das zZmmer ist klein, das Foto mit dem aufgeräumten Sofa täuscht, das ist schon beim ersten Betreten zu einem kleinen (!) Schlafsofa umfunktioniert umd nimmt das Zimmer in Beschlag. Bad klein, aber funktionell. Mehr für eine Person auf Geschäftsreise geeignet als für Pasre.

Look no further!

My wife and I stayed in this wonderful little apartment for a week. It was ideal for us. Up on the 5th floor with a lovely terrace that we used every day. Even though I'm 6'5" tall, the bed was just fine and we slept well. The location was even better than we realized. It's very peaceful despite being so close to the heart of Cannes. Within minutes we were able to shop, enjoy the beach or get a bite to eat at any one of the endless number of lovely restaurants. Right next door was a small, well-provisioned grocery store. And what can we say about Alice? She is simply WONDERFUL! :) She really made our stay special. She's sweet, thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to stay during our adventures in Cannes!

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Appartement propre très agréable et bien situé.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires très à l'ecoute. Ces gens nous ont profondément touchés par leur gentillesse et toutes leurs délicates attentions. C'est la première fois que nous sommes aussi bien reçus. L'appartement se situe dans une jolie résidence calme proche de la mer entre le Carlton et le Martinez. Il est très propre bien équipé bien pensé. La terrasse équipée de 2 fauteuils d'une petite table et une plus grande pour prendre les repas apporte un plus indéniable. Le linge de lit et de toilette est en quantité suffisante et nickel. Electro ménager de qualité. Que dire d'autre... Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette ville que nous aimons beaucoup et fait une belle rencontre. Merci encore à Alice qui est adorable sans oublier son mari.

Perfektes Studio - Super Lage!

Das Studio liegt in Herzen Cannes - nur ein Paar Schritte zur Croisette und Strand. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr gut durchgedacht, praktisch und bequem. Eine schöne und luftige Loggia mit herrlichen Blick auf die Gartenanlage im Hof. Alice ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und herzliche Dame. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Quiet suite in fantastic location!

My husband and I stayed in Alice's suite for 7 nights and absent loved her place. Alice is a wonderful, sweet and extremely thoughtful host. The suite is complete with everything you might need for a multi-day stay. It is very comfortable for 2 people, the terrace is lovely to eat breakfast on, and the bed is very comfortable. We both slept extremely well. It is quiet and peaceful, a nice getaway from the hustle bustle of the busy town. The location is pretty hard to beat. You can be on the Croisette in 2 minutes, swimming in 5, there is a small grocery store right below the suite that has all the basics you might need, including fresh fruit and veggies. And of course amazing restaurants even. If I'm ever back in Cannes there's absolutely nowhere else I'd stay!

A perfect location!

I recently traveled to Cannes for the Cannes Lion event and was extremely fortunate to find this studio in the heart of all the action. The studio is literally steps from the Carlton, Martinez and the beach. The building is lovely and the studio is just as described and comes equipped with everything you would need for your stay. It has a lovely, quiet terrace that is protected from all the sounds coming from the Palais. There is also a very nice grocery story our your front door to grab whatever you may need. Alice and her husband were wonderful hosts. I would recommend the location and studio to anyone traveling to Cannes!
