The house is very nice and I would not hesitate to book again. Two comments: 1. The only room with en suite bath has two double beds in it, so there is no bedroom with a private bathroom and large bed (no true master BR). 2. The rooms are generally tight and the beds take up most of the space, with 3 of the 4 rooms having insufficient space for any furniture or much floor space for your bags, and closets are generally small. The house would be tight for 12 people. Still a 4/5 rating and you won’t be disappointed.

Spacious property on the edge of Canmore town, close to local amenities. The property is spread over three floors allowing six adults to stay without feeling cramped and with own private bathrooms. The property has views over mountains as the top floor has the deck, lounge, dining and kitchen areas. What we liked about the property was the excellent supply of appliances in the kitchen, huge television (used to stream Great British Bake Off!) and laundry area with double stack of washers and driers. We used the hot tub that was a perfect temperature. The beds and bedding are really comfortable and the showers a good temperature and power. The communication with the host was attentive without being intrusive and every effort was made to ensure we had a comfortable stay. There were a few requests for check out but nothing a respectful occupant would normally do. I gave this property five stars in all areas and would definitely recommend.

Pros - The house was clean and well stocked with lots of kitchen items. Also provided were K Cups, sugar, linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The Common area, was quite comfortable and seated 8 comfortably. There were two washers and dryers; we appreciated this. Cons - The bedrooms and balcony are challenging. In the pictures the bedrooms look quite spacious and bright. However, the primary bedroom, where one would expect a king bed, has two double beds. They are too small for adults to share. They take up so much floor space that it is difficult to open the bathroom door and the closet. Unfortunately, we had to slide the beds over. The room did have a dresser which we appreciated. Two bedrooms have king beds but no dressers, floor space or shelves in the closets. Suitcases could not be unpacked. The fourth bedroom had two twin beds. Fortunately we pushed them together so there was a bit of floor space but no dresser. The pictures of the balcony are deceiving. Most of the pictures are taken without the hot tub. With the hot tub added you cannot use the swing seat or sit around the table for a meal. There is no outdoor dining or gathering for games. Lastly, it seems there are lots of cameras. Even the hot tub has a camera focused on it from the adjoining deck.

Family Getaway!
This property was wonderful! View of mountains was lovely. Open concept living/dining is great for family. Hot tub is a great amenity. Do know if there is anyone with mobility issues there will be a struggle. The main living area is on the top floor (3rd) and you enter on the bottom level. It was not an issue for our family, but just wanted anyone to be aware.

Great place and location
Our family really had a great stay at this property. We were impressed with the accommodations and that there was plenty of the necessary toiletries and the kitchen was well appointees. Overall the place was convenient, clean and quiet. We were there for our grand daughter’s graduation and everyone had a great time. We especially enjoyed the hike to Grassi Lakes. The management company was super responsive anytime we had questions. It was a memorable trip for all of us. Thank You!

Family Reunion Winter Sport Vacation
Modestly priced luxury accommodations. Multi-generational family of 12 (8 adults & 4 children) greatly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The layout on this multi level Vrbo ensured our family members had privacy, personal space and designated bathrooms. Dual washer and dryer made laundry chores a breeze. The spacious storage room on the walk-in level was greatly utilized for all our packing totes, luggage and gear.The main floors open concept allowed for enjoyable entertaining and dining. The kitchen worked well for our group, with plenty of pantry storage, fridge/freezer space. We had what we needed to create all daily in house meals.The well maintained hot tub deck location meant our group was still connected and we could easily swap out kids, take in the mountain views, or watch the hockey game. Communication with the host prior to our arrival ensured our special requests were met as it pertained to highchair and playpen (travel cot) use.We would love to stay here again :)
