Beautiful apartment with a spectacular 30m2 private roof terrace with chill-out area and sea views, located a few steps from the beach in Caletillas. Exquisitely decorated down to the smallest detail, with capacity for 3 people, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 GB Fibre Wifi, designed for teleworking and an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy its typical restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the place.

This fantastic apartment, facind the sea, is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 3 people and 1GB Fibre Wifi Internet, ideal for teleworking. With two spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, a large walk-in wardrobe and access to a balcony with sea views. The second single bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The property has a bathroom with shower, independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, a spacious living-dining room with sofa, Smart TV 42" and direct access to the second balcony of the property. It is worth mentioning the spectacular private terrace located on the top floor of the building, which is accessed by lift and has an open-plan space of 30 m2 with chill-out area, where you can disconnect, enjoy the sun and have lunch while contemplating the breathtaking views of the sea. It also has all the necessary amenities and services around so that you can enjoy a unique holiday in Tenerife.

Strategically located in the heart of Caletillas, just a few steps from the beach and the seafront avenue, with a pleasant local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.

New Year sunshine

Very clean, well equipped and presented. Much of the apartment seemed new or recently refurbished. Location was good; very close to the seafront and to restaurants and local shops. Roof terrace was excellent and we had good weather throughout otherwise the apartment would have seemed a bit small. We had problems with the washing machine and Netflix didn't work which were inconvenient as we had an elderly relative with us, but the lift to the roof terrace was really helpful. The support from the local management team didn't really work because although they emailed about our (minor) difficulties nobody seemed local enough to come and sort the problems out. Their contact phone number, although provided on several occasions, never actually enabled us to communicate with them. But we had a good holiday!
