Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is necessary to help potential guests make an informed decision.
1. Location:
The hotel is quite difficult to find. Our Uber driver took a few wrong turns, and we eventually had to contact the hotel to send a photo of the entrance. Without that, it would’ve been nearly impossible to locate—especially for tourists unfamiliar with the area.
2. Reception:
If you’re arriving late at night (after 11 PM), this might not be the best option. There was only one staff member on duty, and the check-in process was slow and a bit confusing—especially for first-time travelers. Most nearby stores close early, so finding a late-night snack is tough. I only managed to find an Oxxo about a 6-minute walk away.
3. Room Standards:
The overall quality was disappointing. The bathroom had a wooden floor, which felt unsafe and slippery when showering. I’ve never seen a wooden bathroom floor in any of the countries I’ve visited or lived in. This setup made me uncomfortable and concerned about slipping. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night.
4. Cleanliness:
The toilet was in poor condition—the bowl looked filthy and unclean. It made me extremely uneasy. Hygiene standards need serious improvement.
5. Noise and Privacy:
If you’re seeking quiet and privacy, you might want to reconsider. I could clearly hear a couple in the next room being loud all night. It felt more like a slightly
