"Ants were observed in the ground floor rooms, staff should make guests aware of areas of the hotel where families have been placed as the noise coming through walls and ceilings is disruptive. The pool being open into the evening means all rooms facing the pool deck are subject to noise from guests and their kids"

"Spacious room. No coffee maker in the rooms, but unlimited coffee is offered at the lobby 24/7. Choice of latte, cappuccino, decaf, etc., and tea too. That is very convenient in my opinion, instead of making my own coffee in the room. Breakfast is great, because there are hard boiled eggs for those who do not prefer scrambled eggs. "

"Very lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Good quiet location. Some restaurants in walking distance and very short drive to downtown area. Staff were super friendly. Coffee and breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries out in the morning. Snacks with wine and beer out in the afternoon. Very nice outdoor area with pool, hot tub and fire pit. Rooms were nice, a little on the small side. Some areas needed a little TLC, nothing major. Beds and bedding were super comfortable. Would stay again. "

"We booked a standard 1 bdr. Compared to other resort properties where we have stayed in the PS area, the rooms were really small. There was no drink or food service at the main pool and only 1 poor worker in the sole food service cafe on property. So, wait times were long. The room was clean, but the patio was full of leaves and the table dusty. I recommend upgrading to a premium room or selecting another resort property."

"The first room we were given was very dirty and was also an ADA room which we did not request. We were not asked if we wanted this type of room. The hotel is generally old and okay for conferences but definitely not worth the price when compared with the Westin nearby. The outdoor gardens are well maintained and the hotel looks best at night when you can’t see the aging buildings and dreary exterior. We expected a lot more for the price."

"Very strict and inflexible with check in and out. They made everyone wait around until after 4pm and then to get a room at 4:30, we had to take cheaper room yet no change in price. At checkout, they threaten you with fines for every half hour you check out after 11am. Many options in PS, we won’t be back. "
