BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a projector with Chromecast. Note that we don`t provide YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage can accommodate one car. Paid street parking is available on the slip road in front of the building and along Mort Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s rooftop, garden and courtyard.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

For quick and convenient public transport, the Elouera Street light rail stop is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It takes you directly into the city, Dickson, and all the way to Gungahlin, making it perfect for sightseeing or commuting without the need for a car. Buses also run frequently along Northbourne Avenue and Mort Street, connecting you to ANU, government offices, and other key spots across Canberra.
Prefer cycling? Braddon is a bike-friendly area with dedicated bike lanes and scenic routes leading to Lake Burley Griffin, Mount Ainslie, and beyond. It’s a great way to see the city at your own pace, especially with such easy access from your doorstep.
If you`re driving, most major attractions, like the War Memorial, National Gallery, Parliament House, and Questacon, are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Street parking is available nearby, along with several paid parking stations if needed. And when it’s time to head out of town, Canberra Airport is just a 15-minute drive, or reachable via public transport with one simple transfer.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" except for service or emotional support animals and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
