This home offers a premium living experience, featuring a north-facing orientation and dual-aspect windows that fill the space with natural light. BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 65` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: Our spacious garage can accommodate up to two vehicles, providing secure parking for your convenience. Street parking is available nearby for additional parking needs, but please note that it is subject to time restrictions.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: The BBQ and Gym facilities can be found on the G level. The BBQ area is available from 7am to 9pm, ideal for outdoor dining and social gatherings. As for the gym, it is open from 7am to 10pm during the day for your fitness needs; however, please be aware that it is closed between 10pm and 7am.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Your keys are offsite at `23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon` (beside `On Lonsdale Café`).
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Strata Notice: (Weather Permitting: Works may extend without prior Notice) Building Cleaning Notice Building cleaning is scheduled on Monday, 15 September, covering the building exterior, balcony balustrades, and inaccessible windows. During this time, residents may notice some noise from pressure cleaning and trades abseiling, and exclusion zones will be in place beneath work areas. Please ensure all windows are closed to prevent water ingress, and consider closing curtains for added privacy. Kindly note that the timeframe may change due to weather conditions or trade schedules. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
