We liked the property, particularly the pool and outside area. Unfortunately we experienced some issues that were never resolved which significantly reduced our enjoyment of this property. One of the two rooms was unusable due to hygiene issues (big stains on the carpet and a really bad smell), how the property was left like this I’ll never understand, there were also a few other things that hadn’t been cleaned (showed a lack of care when preparing the property), doors were unlocked on arrival, the front door lock was broken so couldn’t be locked from the inside and there were lots of personal items left out in the open including photos, medication, towels handing in the laundry and used toiletries in the bathroom. We reported our concerns within 1.5 hours of arrival however nothing was done to address them. Our messages were acknowledged but no attempts were made to address the issues. The complete lack of action was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. We are still waiting for a response to our request for a partial refund.
