  • This is a newly renovated unique 2 bedroom one bath apartment. Walking distance to the lake and downtown. Located on the first level of building (requiring taking a few steps up to enter). This unit features 10ft ceilings in living space and queen bedroom. The décor is simply gorgeous and airy. Included are plenty of amenities. Bedroom 1 -has (2) twin size beds. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed. These mattresses are memory comfort to minimize motion. All linens are cozy and comfortable. Pillows are all secured with allergen/dust mite protectors. Comforters are alternative down with duvet covers. Addt pillows and blankets are available upon requests.
    Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with pots, pans, baking sheets, etc to suit cooking needs.
    Whether you’re looking for a place for just two or up to accommodations for four people, this space will be comfortable and cozy!

Trip to Remember

Beautiful property with little details that make your trip relaxing and enjoyable for all. Short walk towards the beach and towards downtown. Jen and Steve are fantastic hosts that helped make this family vacation memorable.

Perfect rental in a prime location. We stayed for a CMAC concert. Great area to walk. Right near a bunch of restaurants and bars. We walked and ate at Nolans. Easy walk. The apartment is beautiful. Very cute decor and spacious layout. The amenities are above and beyond. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect!

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. Tons of thoughtful amenities like snacks, bottled water, coffee pods and even a bottle of wine upon arrival! loved the decor, perfect amount of space for 2-4 people and the location is amazing! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!

Cute, Clean & Walkable

We had a very nice weekend stay here with our 15 month old. Very clean and nice amenities, the hosts were very generous in what they provided us. They are great about communication and were available for anything we needed. It’s about a 5 min walk to the lake and park and about the same to the business district. We had a great stay!

Beautiful home

This property is a beautiful place.Clean, Modern decor with quality furniture. Check in/ out couldn’t have been easier. When we contacted owners we got responses immediately. Will definitely consider staying here again if we get a chance to return to Chautauqua Lake. We loved it there.

Great location to Main St shops & restaurants as well as a quick drive to CMAC, or walk to the lake. Everything in the apartment seems to be brand new, from the towels, bedding, dishes, appliances…everything. Beautifully decorated and has all the comforts you’d want being away from home. Thank you for the bottle of wine and the bottled water! So nice staying here!

Incredibly clean and very comfortable. Great location and parking. Very well equipped for cooking (quality cookware and utensil), had everything we needed. Very stylish and well designed. Quiet and safe. 5 stars!!!

Great Spot

My friends and I had girls weekend in Canandaigua and stayed here. It’s a great location right on Main St. and within walking distance to the lake and all of the shops in town. The interior appears to be all brand new and they thought of all of the little things like having make up removal wipes and creamer for coffee. We didn’t want to leave!!

Perfect Rental, Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this rental. It’s as great as the photos if not better. Beautifully designed and immaculately clean, the apartment had so many thoughtful touches and amenities to make us feel right at home. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and cozy sitting room, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect; situated in between the lake and downtown. We parked when we got there and walked everywhere for the rest of the weekend. We can’t wait to return to Canandaigua and stay here again.

Great stay if a little small

Property was very clean and tastefully decorated. Hosts were prompt to communicate and the kitchen was well stocked. Only things I would have changed: one bedroom was very small with no storage or even room for suitcase. Luggage had to be stored in adjacent entry hallway, which made it a bit of an obstacle course to get into and out of the apartment.

Girls weekend

Five of us stayed for one night and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Everything looks brand new. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. They even left us a bottle of wine and water! They thought of everything. There were even throw blankets to use to hang out on the couch. Location was perfect. The lake is a short walk and the shopping area is right by the house. We are planning on staying again, but for longer next time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us!

Hidden Treasure

This property is a hidden treasure tucked away in the middle of Canandaigua. It is perfectly situated between downtown and the lake. Typically properties oversell in their listings and under impress when you arrive, but this one did the opposite! The decor was lovely, everything was new and impeccably styled. The linens were a good quality and the beds were very comfortable. Ample towels were also supplied. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Most importantly, the property was extremely clean. I am very discerning about the cleanliness of properties when we travel and I check places very carefully. I found every surface to be clean when we arrived. The property has a couple little quirks, but they are part of the character that come with an apartment in an older home/building and do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience. I contacted the hosts once during our stay and they were wonderful and quick to respond. They had also given us some suggestions for local restaurants, activities, etc. that were great choices. One more thing to mention is the hosts's attention to detail. They have taken all the little extra steps to provide an overall welcoming and comfortable guest experience. I was traveling my two kids and this was the first stop during a week long trip across the state. We stayed in several different places and everyone agreed this was our favorite place during our trip!
