"家族で3泊利用しました。スタッフはホスピタリティにあふれ、困った事にはすぐ対応してくれて安心して旅ができました。 1階から３階のシティビュー側は外装工事中で1屋のテラスが瓦礫粉で窓を開けて空気を入れ換えるくらいしか使えず‥1日目はお湯が出ないトラブルもあり、クレームは入れていなかったのですが（暑い国で古いホテルだからかな？と思って諦めていた）2日目に観光から部屋へ帰ると丁寧な手紙があり、お湯が出ない状態なので1階から３階の似た部屋へ移動しますか？とありました。３階はお湯がきちんと出たので後は快適に過ごせました。 このホテルは朝食が美味しく、８階Mバーもリラックスでき、プールもゆったり静かに休養ができ、良い夏休暇が過ごせました。 ..."
