"Fire alarm ran off at 2am. Fire in one of the hotel rooms. We had to run down the stairs. Several fire trucks on site. We waited for over an hour outside the hotel. Some guests had to change rooms. No staff explained to guests what happened. "

"I am extremely disappointed with the service at Farfield. We arrived from Hawaii at 1 am in Los Angeles and the next day we were flying to San Francisco. The service was poor; they put us in a room with two small beds when we paid for a king-size bed. The air conditioning wasn't working, and when we complained, they couldn't change our room, only give us a fan! Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again."

"Everything‘s good except for the shuttle bus we waited 35 minutes he still never saw the shuttle bus and had to Uber. It was almost late to our flight. Second time we’ve been there and the shuttle bus was more than 30 minutes. I wouldn’t complain if the traffic was bad, but there was hardly any traffic our Uber got us straight in. "

"The room was warm when we arrived and the thermostat was at 60 degrees. It gradually cooled during the night but the a/c was obviously not working. The outlets on the right bed night stand did not work. And the container of bath soap was empty, so I used the hand soap from the vanity. The room was clean and nice. The shuttle to LAX was excellent and the drivers were extremely helpful. I’ll still stay at Sheraton Gateway again but I hope they do better on my next stay."
