The apartment comprises a bright living room with two beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a small, functional kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a shared outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in the open air, complete with a shared brick barbecue. A convenient parking space completes the property.

- Check-in at our Marina di Campo offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 for a single set; €40 for a double set, including for single use (please request at time of booking). Not bookable on site
- If using the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborliness), otherwise we will withhold €50 from the security deposit.
