"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. "Arco Apartments is a true gem in Porto. The location is fantastic, right by the old city in a unique historic Arc and stairs. While the stairs can be a bit challenging, there’s a wonderful wine bar next door that makes for a perfect pause. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. The cute patio was a lovely bonus. A perfect blend of charm, style, and convenience. Highly recommended."

"The apartment was clean and well prepared for our arrival. While small, it comfortably accommodated the four of us (2 adults 2 kids). It is in a central location of Porto, close to Mercado do Bolhao, the metro, and within a decent walking distance of the riverfront. There are many restaurants and shops close by. "Decepcionante: No merece la pena pagar por el “upgrade” de vistas y falta de orientación al cliente El hotel ofrece la opción de pagar un extra por una habitación en una planta alta con “vistas”, pero esto es engañoso. La diferencia de precio no está justificada, ya que las vistas no son realmente destacables. Recomiendo reservar una habitación estándar y ahorrar ese coste adicional. Además, la atención en recepción no fue la esperada. La recepcionista insistía en vender su punto de vista en lugar de escuchar y atender las necesidades del cliente, lo que demuestra una falta de orientación al servicio. Un trato más empático y centrado en el huésped mejoraría la experiencia en el hotel."
