"Had a group that went on the bourbon trail and used this rental as home-base. Property was perfect for entertainment and was relaxing. However, the property manger seemed to be aggravated when we called to inform the pool not being clean, trash not taken out from previous renters and various other items being broken. Overall a great stay if you don’t sweat the little things. "

"Clean, nice home perfectly located close to Mammoth cave and all activities in the area. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare simple meals. Loved the board games for the evenings and rainy day with the kids. Made us feel right at home."

"Before arriving I emailed the owner and asked if there were any other instructions or info I needed to check in? He replied no, have a great weekend. So upon arrival we encounter a key lock, which we had anticipated but saw there was no code included in any of our correspondence? So here we are, at our destination, after 5 hours of driving and we’re stuck on the porch! I messaged the host, and while waiting on a response we unloaded our luggage and supplies, and sat on the porch. I’m sure it was...

We assumed the place would be a tad more spacious based on the listing pictures, but everything was clean, the atmosphere was beyond peaceful, the hospitality was superb and the hosts had awesome communication. "This was a very quiet relaxing spot. The view from the hotel room is gorgeous. The patio overlooking Lake Cumberland was so relaxing. Rent a boat or bring one it is a boaters dream come true. The office staff was great very friendly. House keeping was great. I would highly recommend this location. The areas around was great. All the parks and nature areas. The views are breath taking. We were only three hours away from home. A vacation we truly needed . "

"We wanted a place to relax at the end of our holiday and this place was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony was superb and it was very special to see the big birds soaring over the lake and trees. In the evening we enjoyed the bbq and watching fireflies whilst sat around the fire pit. The house was extremely comfortable and all communication with Suzanne was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return one day. "

"The house was perfect with all the extra little touches that made it extra special. Our kids loved the upstairs area and the fire pit area. The driveway was perfect for pulling our boat in and out of with no issues. Close to everything but also still private. Great weekend. "

"Husband and I were looking to get away for a weekend to disconnect and this place was perfect for us and and our doggo! The one fault I would say is there wasn’t a really grassy spot outside for a potty break for the dog but once he was used to it, he was fine! The place was clean, quiet, and everything was wonderful! Thank you! "

"This was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband. We enjoyed fishing, feeding the ducks and just shutting the world off for 2 days. Its exactly what we were hoping for and can't wait for our next trip. "

"My boyfriend and I, with his son and his fiancé, came to the area for a wedding. We ALL loved the secluded area, the privacy, the layout of the entire place. Even only having 1 bathroom for all of us was managed well. One propane tank lasted about 1 hour the first night and when attempting to use the second it was out.
