"Once we found it it was fine. Two different GPS methods took us in wrong directions and we had to ask 4 different people for directions to the hotel on a rainy night! Nice hotel otherwise."

"Unfortunately, the only benefit of this hotel is the price. The staff at the check-in were rude and began running my card before explaining what they were doing. When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card.
