"They have no AC. i cant sleep without it so i asked for tower fans instead which was free. staff was polite and some of the female personnel were pleasant.. not all of them. the rooms are nice and large, with traditional decor brown furnishings and had a hairblower and a ref. walking around the hotel was nice and has easy access to scout's trail and camp john hay forest, but to visit other baguio tourist spots ud definitely need a rental car/driver like we had. the hotel had a shuttle which we...

"If you're using Victory Liner to get to Baguio, this hotel is very convenient. Go to the second floor of the terminal and then take the bridgeway to Microtel. Room size was big enough and room was comfy enough. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were near a pretty busy road. It's great that they have free coffee & ice machine in the lobby and water dispensers on all levels. "Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. "It was an okay hotel. Staff is not always available but thats expected with the price we paid."

"I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."
