"Have stayed here many times and would happily go back. A gem of a place in the heart of one of the best college towns! Every room is unique, quaint and charming. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the porch with a glass of wine is simply perfection. Highly recommend. Go Hoosiers!"

"It was okay"

"Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!"

"Great Location."

"Very nice staff and clean property."

"Good location"

"Stayed four days and never had room cleaned. Had to ask for extra towels and some toilet paper. Dirty vents and wood floors. Thin bed linens. Horrible bathroom door and a toilet so low it must have been from the 50s. No computer ports. And my charger kept falling out of plug. Needs some serious refurbishing. "Clean room. Was on the highway, but minimal noticeable noise. Only complaint is that there could be a better explanation on how to work the tv. I had the close captioning on when I got there and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off."

"The room was not clean. Kitchenette was fine probably doesn’t get used much and convenient. Bathroom was horrid there was dust on upper cabinet space. Seriously a simple wet rag would take care of that but it looked like ornament been touched in a very long time which concerns me for the rest of the room. I was seriously afraid to sleep in the beds and carpet in the room in a college town is also concerning"

"Major billing issues for my rooms. Facility is old has not been maintained well. Shower was slanted with and very slippery. Room smelled. Do not book!"

"It was disgusting. Bugs — many dead and some alive — were everywhere. The front desk guy was creepy. The mattress pad was horribly stained. The room was very poorly designed. There was not a single space available in the parking lot. Could not have been worse…"
