"Very kind and attentive staff. Clean and very very well maintained"

"Please tell the clerks NOT to say your room number out loud when other people are present. It's a safety hazard for travelers, especially women."

"The building is nice, the rooms are large and clean and kept up. We asked about the coffee cafe and learned the brew machine was not working. One of the payment readers wasn’t working also. Aside from having to schlep over to Target for my morning chai tea, it was a nice place to stay."

"Amazing"

"Everything"

"Very nice and clean hotel. Great location downtown. Safe and quiet."

"Breakfast was a little skimpy with basically only waffles and cereal"

"Room smelled bad and bed had stains on the mattress."

"This hotel is on the older side. Free parking. The mattress on the bed needed to be turned. Everything is just a little big grubby and sticky. The place needs a complete refresh."

"Hotel from hell I rented two rooms for three nights One room the door would only lock if you raised up on handle, The room we stayed in had 5 light bulbs not working. Bathtub drained slow Ironing board legs broken off. Not being maintained, One of the front desk clerks appeared to be from India, was very rude. He gave us trouble getting extra towels and wash cloths our third night."
