"The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

"Highly recommend this hotel. Priced fairly and located well. Parking is not included, so it can be a challenge if you don’t pay for valet."

"Room was nice, some of the lights did not work."

"Slightly dated rooms and lobby. Older property. Also same/similar HGI nearby which is nicer. I confused the locations as they are so close to each other"

"Honestly this was a fantastic stay. The area is right off the highway and not far from state parks, garden of the Gods and all the places you would want to see. Theres a gas station right across the street if you have a rental. The breakfast was different everyday, very clean, nice hotel bar, indoor pool and no fee to park. We enjoyed our stay. And very comfy covers vs the thin sheets and covers some hotels have. And there’s a mini store downstairs with drinks and snacks. I say book!"

"Excellent service the breakfast was amazing one of the best 10/10 location was perfect and the rooms was just beyond amazing so clean"

"My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues."

"Great location just minutes from I25. Cabins are clean with recent renovations in the two we stayed in. Friendly staff met us as we arrived to check if we needed anything and to assist with parking."

"Great property. Staff was pleasant. Well maintained….. very clean. Breakfast was adequate…. A good start to the day. I like the option of a real ceramic mug for my coffee…. Not an everyday thing"

"Perfect location to walk to great restaurants and nightlife. Close by to attractions and cheap lyfts around town if you don't want to walk and drive."

"A beautiful hotel in a great location for either downtown or going to Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. Very clean and well designed rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Great bar and food too. Would definitely return!"

"Quaint hotel reminded us of places we stayed in Italy. We had a suite which was perfect for the little one traveling with us. She was so impressed with two TV that had the same thing on them. We checked that out-back and forth- for about 5 minutes. She felt so safe there at 3-years old that at one point she put on her shoes and said she was going down stairs to get some food. The dangers of teaching them how the elevator buttons work. The breakfasts had a nice variety, different every day. The...

"Extremely responsive and helpful staff. Very comfortable room with outdoor hot tub overlooking Pikes Peak and Manitou Incline. Breakfast was phenomenal. And all within steps of the historic downtown. What’s not to love?… We would definitely recommend staying!"
