"I had a lovely time at the Juniper! My room felt very clean and I liked the bed and the hygiene items, no gummy bar soap! The staff were very nice, as well. I wish there was a hot tub, but that’s about it!"

"Quiet and clean room, EZ free parking and spaces available even at my late check in at night. Good stay."

"Room wasn't ready. Staff wasn't helpful. Basically got robbed by Expedia and that hotel. Will stop using both"

"Everything was excellent"

"A family fun, fur babies too--hotel that should not be passed up."

"The gardens and the stream with koi were very memorable. It's an unusual place, but we liked it and would stay there again if we were in Palo Alto over night"

"Jonathan at the front desk remains a standout staff member. He remembered me as a repeat guest and acknowledged me by name—my name is a mouthful so that was extra impressive! The rooms are always very clean and the housekeeping staff are friendly and detail-oriented."

"They only ding I have is that if you are staying on the 2nd floor, there is only one stairway, which is down to the lobby. So it made for a very long walk when the car was right outside our window. They only service rooms every 2nd day (I think), which they didn't tell us when we checked in. Breakfast was above average for such places--fresh pico de gallo and real fruit was much appreciated."

"Muy limpia la habitación amplia para los que nos hospedamos con niños Pero si se escucha mucho el ruido de los del piso de arriba"
