"I needed a quiet place to work and be able to have my dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The large, clean and well equipped space was super comfortable, quiet and conveniently situated to walk my dogs. There was also a large fenced yard for them the run and play. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The home has an 80s decor feel to it and could use some updating. It was clean and neat, which is most important to me. It is in a great location, so close to everything (Restaurants, University of Buffalo, Niagra Falls, churches, etc.). The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful for a walk or run. "

"This property is immaculate! I specifically chose this property based on a previous stay because of its cleanliness and amenities. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had. The home is easily accessible, is stocked with many items one might need, it is walking distance to a convenience store,and great parking."

"We had a great week at this home in Buffalo. The home was clean and was true to the listing. Very cool staying in a historic home with character. It was nice having off-street parking available. Dylan & Gianna were great hosts and very responsive. Elmwood Village is beautiful, and shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It it also just 20 minutes from the airport. "We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy...

"We came for a weekend in Buffalo, 9 adults. Used both halves and it worked perfectly. Spacious common areas and useful kitchen on the 2nd floor. Short ride share to great restaurants nearby and not much longer to downtown. Would definitely stay again. "
