"The staff at the hotel was wonderful- that's why I gave it four stars...the hotel was in a beautiful location in Old Montreal, but our room had some issues... cracked tile in the bathroom right in front of the toilet which moved consistently, toilet paper holder constantly falling(it was broken), window view was obstructed, the bathroom had no vent, and one bed was lower and a little smaller than the other, and internet in the room was horrible (thank goodness for hotspotting). "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with things like directions and recommendations. The room and hotel were very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast had a great selection. Location to the metro and old town was a plus. "
