"This is a beautiful - beautiful - new property in a lovingly restored heritage building. Our apartment was stylishly minimalist and had everything we needed. I was sad we only had two nights there. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Sauna and gym also nice. Right in Old Port and walkable to Eaton/Underground shopping. I WILL be back!"

"Bad Expedia experience, no code received and difficulty getting through the customer service maze. Once contact with host was made, that was OK. The room was not ready on time and the TV was not working.
Not a great experience and will not repeat. "

"The property was very nice, and clean. The location was excellent, and had beautiful views. The bed was super confortable. The shower was okay but the overhead rain shower didnt work properly, and the bathroom sink pipe was also leaking. Everything else was great."

"Great value and very accessible—just know what to expect!
We had a good stay here and found it to be very reasonably priced for the area. The location is excellent for those who don't mind using public transit; there are bus stops very close by which made getting around easy.
It is important to note that this isn't a full-service hotel. There is no one on-site, but the communication was impressive. We had an issue with our bed, and even though there wasn't a physical concierge, the agent...
