"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are really small, but nice. The only complaint we had was the bed was awful! It was very thin and even though we booked a queen size, we were given a room with a twin. The bed also only had a thin blanket on top. The hotel overall is very stylish and close to many resturants and shops, but at the end of the day none of that matters if it isn't a comfortable stay and because of that I don't think we'd stay again. "

"The air conditioning in our room was inoperable. The room was 80 degrees and I could not get the AC to turn on. I went to the desk immediately and they placed me into another room."

"I loved this hotel and the staff couldn't do enough to make my visit fun and easy. Breakfast was really good, variety, clean facility. My room was huge, comfy, clean, and just what I needed after a long day of sight seeing. BTW, they have a free shuttle bus to all the tourist sites available upon asking, which was great. And the drivers were like mini tour guides. It was so much fun. I would go back there again and again. Definitely next time I'm in Omaha"

"Our room was read early. The room was really more of a suite. Well appointed, comfortable a very welcome suprise."

"My room was spacious and very clean, the breakfast had good options, and the guest laundry was good. Located midway between downtown and the airport. Downtown and both sides of the river are easily accessible via bike/pedestrian path that runs next To the hotel."

"There was no parking available on site. People were parking in the fire lanes, on the grass, and on the sidewalk. The spaces are dirty. Towels had stains. Our windows faced the roof with air conditioning units. There was trash and dead animals all over the roof. It was disgusting. I would not recommend this place ever. Also, the "waterpark" is a pool with a small play area for kids. It was not working when we went."
