"Stayed 3 nights,......ENOUGH! Furnishings and the room extremely tired. In dire need of update. Bathroom light had about 30 candlepower,....tough to shave. Broken shower handle made temp. control an adventure! No maid service second night, no refill of in-room coffee service. Staff was nice enough, not their fault working in a totally run down facility. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're caught in a bad snowstorm!!!"

"We did not stay after seeing condition of the room, pubic hair left on the toilet seat, floor not clean and mopped , furniture run down and staff not willing to accommodate. In fact she was smoking weed outside in a car and not behind the desk. Very dissatisfied. "

Had to go down to front desk & check in the next morning and signed what I needed too. Got home & found out they charged my card twice due to THEIR mistake and have to wait and see if the manager can get my money back. "

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "

Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends...

"I really want to call the police and press charges on the maintenance man I have never been so disrespected in my life!! He’s a 6ft man yelling at a 5’4 woman is unacceptable!!! "

"The room was dirty and smelled bad. I asked for a different room and was kindly taken to a new one. It smelled better but wasn’t that clean. The breakfast was terrible with hard rock biscuits and day or two old hasbrown/egg mixture. There is also strange transactions on my visa that I have to call and clear up. This place is not recommended. "
