• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over in winter.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

The property was in a fantastic location and very clean upon arrival. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host responded quickly and resolved everything promptly. Overall, it was a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
