Condo perfect for families and friends!!!

This luxury Cedar Heights lake condo is perfect getaway for family and friends. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this family friendly home-away-from-home is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the perfect location in the Lake of the Ozarks. Located near National Baseball Fields, Ha-Ha Tonka, shopping and restaurants.
This home can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. There are two bedrooms with king beds and on-suite baths, one bedroom with a queen, a bunk room that sleeps four and an additional full bath. You will additionally find a queen sleeper sofa in the loft as well as a portable crib for tiny guests. There is plenty of area for your group to spread out with a living room, loft area, eat-in kitchen and a large balcony where you can watch sunrises and boats go by.
Our lake home provides our guests with all the accommodations and luxuries of home. The home is stocked with all the basic staples. In addition to a kitchen fully stocked with utensils and condiments, you will find super soft linens and bathrooms stocked with all paper products and personal care items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner are supplied for your convenience.
Our provided amenities go beyond the basics. Need items for swimming and boating? We have coolers, life jackets for little ones, pool noodles and more. Looking for evening or rainy-day entertainment? You will find plenty of board games, Xbox, DVD’s and of course WiFi. Thirsty? For the adults we have provided a beverage bar, with coffees, teas, and a Ninja Mixer for those margaritas.
Have a boat or renting, we supply for an additional charge of $35/day a large, 10 x30 slip.
The condo is located on the west side of the lake just west of Camdenton off of Highway 54 just outside of Camdenton. We a situated on a quite arm of the lake near MM 13. Within a short drive you can access some of the top area golf courses, shopping, restaurants and State parks. Cedar Heights is a gated community right off the highway next to Old Kinderhook.

Not sure if you want to stay a few days or a week. Enjoy for the whole week and take advantage of the 10% discount.
Note-Condo is currently undergoing renovation and updated pictures will be added as they become available.

The best stay yet

I have never stayed at a more supplied rental property as this one. It had tons of paper goods, games and toys, pool toys, beach towels. I was so impressed with all of that.

Beautiful condo for the best vacation!

This was honestly our favorite vacation and staying at this condo was a huge part of it. It was beautiful and true to the pictures. Everything was well taken care of and organized. Messaging with Kris, the host, was easy and Kris was also quick to reply. It was a great space for our 3 families to spend the week and explore the area. The kids especially loved the pool area and the pool noodles/floaties that were available.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay! We had 4 adults and 4 children under 4 yrs old. The home was incredibly well-equipped and thoughtfully designed—it's clear a designer had a hand in every detail. What a treat to stay in such a beautifully curated space.Every room had ample, cozy seating, and the lake views were stunning. The kitchen was stocked with high-quality pans, cutlery, and convenient condiments, making it easy to prepare meals. Beds were dressed in soft, luxurious sheets, and the plush towels made it feel like a spa. Even had lots of items for our infant. The shower system was another highlight—modern and refreshing. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to replace the blue-tinted light bulbs with soft white lighting to match the warmth and elegance of the home. The only other small item to note is that families with young children would be better suited to stay upstairs in the loft or in the back bedroom as the French doors into the master, while aesthetically beautiful, let in lots of light and noise. The quality of this home is far above standard. From the finishes to the comfort, everything was exceptional. We would absolutely recommend this stay and would love to return!

PERFECT

WOW...Where do I start...The Owner...Kris was FANTASTIC to deal with...GREAT communication and EVERYTHING was as advertised...The Condo was clean, well stocked, AWESOME location...Plenty of parking, safe and secure...I honestly have not one negative thing to say about our stay, the lake and MOST of all the host and Condo...The pool was clean, cool and refreshing...beds comfy and the kitchen well stocked and QUIET...They provided a boat slip which was very well maintained very affordable trailer storage just a short mile away in a safe secure location...I will 100% stay here again if I return to LOTO...Thank You Kris...Well Done

Perfect for families

Our stay was great! The condo was perfect for a family with a bunch of kids. It was well stocked with way more than I would have expected from a VRBO. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay at the lake.

Bynum stay.

Very pleasant experience! We were very impressed with items provided from coffee pots to games. The kitchen is very well stocked including a very nice waffle maker. We would stay there again in a second.

Cedar Heights Penthouse

We enjoyed the condo. We had a couple of minor issues that the owner was quick to address (coffee pot not working and a hole in the sprayer on sink).. The ice maker never worked but is going to be addressed. We prefer a screened in deck. This has a small screened in area but was not big enough for our group. Overall good stay and would return to this condo.

Awesome get away

We went on an extended family weekend get away with a total of 11 people. It was a fantastic property, great view, beautifully and comfortably decorated, well equipped kitchen and house overall. Two really pools and great fishing -but get a license! Would definitely recommend!

Nice spot for a family vacation!

The condo is very clean and well-kept with plenty of room for our family. Kris was easy to contact for any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to friends. Camdenton is a little quieter than Osage Beach, but there were plenty of options for eating and getting supplies. If there are other things you need, Osage Beach is an easy drive and has a lot of options for shopping and eating out. We did not use the boat slip, although it would have been available to us if we needed it. We rented jet skis and a tritoon from Montego Bay Marina and Resorts and were very pleased with their service and equipment.

Wonderful Stay for Labor Day weekend!

This place was perfect for our family to enjoy a fun and relaxing weekend at the lake. The gated community was a plus and with all the lighting in the parking lot and on the docks made us feel extra safe. The owner was quick to reply to any questions that I had. Kris made this process so simple and the handbook explained everything in detail. To say this place has all the extras is an understatement. We are so glad we chose this place!!

Nice place for a vacation rental

Nice condo for a vacation rental. If you want to hang around at the pool, go boating, or just sit on your balcony and relax that's all available at this complex. Not much in the way of touristy stuff right in the area and the nearest grocery store is a few miles away but not bad. Tourist attractions are also a short drive. The owners were attentive and replied quickly to messages. The grill in our condo had seen better days but they said it was about to be replaced. Also we had a small child with us and the front door wouldn't lock from the inside so they had someone out the following day to look into it.

We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very spacious and as listed. There were lots of "extras" that were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Loved the door code, didn't have to worry about who had the key. Our 4 year old grandson loved the bunk beds! Plenty of privacy for three couples.

Great place for families

We had 2 families staying in the condo and we had plenty of room! Beautiful and clean. Nice for the kids to play in pool after being on boat all day. Check in and check out was so smooth. Would stay here again.
