"The host was incredibly responsive anytime I reached out. At one point, I thought the TV wasn’t working, and the host quickly had batteries delivered for the remote. Once we replaced them, the TV worked perfectly. We also really appreciated the convenient access to public transportation, which made getting into Philadelphia easy and stress free."
