"Easy to book which I was happy about however the smell and cleanliness of the house was not up to par hair in the microwave, beds weren't clean nor bedding and we ended up having to leave before time because the kids refused to sleep in the bed even the extra bedding had a a bad smell "

"A friend and I stayed at Clover Cottage for a 4 days and 3 nights for a birthday celebration. It was so cozy, warm, and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable. We loved the short walk to Ghostlight cafe, and there are plenty of other great places nearby as well. Would definitely recommend!"

"We were in Dayton for WGI World percussion competition. This house was close to UD and restaurants. We ate lunch at the Troll Pub. Very cute house. Easy parking on a fairly quiet street. "

"The house itself is stunning. Top to bottom the original woodwork is so pretty. Any questions were quickly answered. Got back late on a Friday and because it is close to the main Oregon District hangouts parking was a challenge. We still found a spot not far and it still felt safe. There is only a keurig so plan that accordingly. Kroger is close but it is an older small one. Wheat Penny was absolutely delicious. "Our stay in Dayton was great - and our house was the perfect place to prepare for the festivities as well as rest and relax in between events. Our host was extremely attentive and was available anytime we had a question. Would definitely rent again!"

"Pictures posted do not show outside. Property was not in a nice area. A side door was wedged closed with a 2x4. There were missing windows on the back side of the property. We didn’t even go inside because the code wasn’t freely given. Tried to get a refund due to dissatisfaction but host denied the request, had to pay for a hotel. I will google earth properties going forward to avoid this situation."
